In the past the prehistoric people did know that the persons died for the diseases
their beliefs that the diseases was produced by gods also their beliefs that when
the person was sick was because the gods was angry also because there were
an evil spirits.


They believed in "SHAMAM" , each tribal group had once or believed in this
and this person in that time was the person that cured the persons. In their
beliefs this person had a conection or a form to comunicate with the gods
and he can saved lifes .
